Hi my name is Jenna, I’m 5’8”, and I’ve lost a total of 137 lbs. 
My highest weight was 350 lbs, and I’m currently 220 lbs. 
2 years ago, I started eating healthy (low carb) and exercising 5x a week. It’s been rough, I’ve really been pushing myself lately because I’ve gained some, but I look at these photos as reminders everyday. I hated being overweight, and I’m glad that I helped myself. I am proud of every person out there who decides to make a healthy change. Together, we can make this world a healthier place one step at time! I know it’s hard sometimes to keep pushing yourself, to do it day in and day out, but the outcome of all of your efforts will pay off and you will be a healthy, happy being :)

Well, this is me. 19 year old and 5’10 1/2, been trying to lose weight since forever. I finally just understood what to do and stick with it. I exercise 5-6 days a week. Lot’s of cardio- I mainly do jogging (3.2 miles), cycling, stairmaster and the elliptical (mer, I don’t like). Everything in moderation and lots and lots of water! And lots of fruits and veggies.
